The Lorax is 50

We can't believe the Lorax is 50 this year.  Revisit the story here:

This story, which chronicles the plight of the environment and the Lorax who "speaks for the trees" and confronts the Once-ler who causes environmental destruction, is so important at a time when we are thinking hard about how we treat our planet.  Naturally we have this book in our Discovery Library

Reading Challenge Competition

Today, to mark World Book Day, we are launching our Reading Challenge competition.

Our students are invited to try four tasks of their choice and evidence their completion by sending a photo, a video, a book review or a Twitter book review to their Librarian.  Why not join in, and challenge your family and friends to some reading?
