To earn a Blue Peter Book badge, you must:
- Apply online or by post.
- Ask a parent or guardian for permission to apply.
- Write about a book you have read and what you think about it.
- Include an illustration of a character or a scene from the story. This could be a drawing, painting or even digital artwork.
- Get your parent or guardian to help you fill out and submit your form.
