Fall in Love with a Good Book

 

Our Valentine’s display in the War Memorial Library has a darker edge, with books about love as an obsessive and destructive force. Toni Morrison’s Beloved, Hardy’s Tess of the D’Urbervillesand Anna Dressed in Blood by Kendare Blake.

Look out for the Matched series, a dystopian romance set in a futuristic society where officials decide who you love.
