The theme this year for Children's Mental Health Week is express yourself. Of course you can express yourself in any way you like. Talk, Dance, Sing, Write a Story, Write a Poem, Draw a Picture, Write a Song, Dress Up, Stage a Play, Design a Hat, Make a Film .... Go for it!!!!!!!!
